These times are kingdom #217’s. Every event below fires on this server at the times shown; another kingdom has its own anchors and its own schedule. What does hold everywhere is the mechanics — how an event scores, what it drops, how to prepare. Check the evidence badge on each section before relying on a time.

Event guide — how the valley works 9 points · skills table
- You are given troops on entry. On entering you receive troops equal to your Barracks capacity, all at your highest unlocked tier — so your own army is irrelevant and low-might players are not disadvantaged on numbers.
- You cannot attack cities inside the valley, but you can seize gathering points that others already hold, including Alliance members.
- Seizing is destructive. When a node changes hands after reaching a certain collection amount, the gathered Purified Crystal scatters as Crystal Shards around it — taking a node from someone costs the pot something.
- Failed seizures stack against you. Each failure raises a hero failure count; consecutive failures apply a temporary debuff until the failure timer expires (the count then decreases by 1). Repeatedly throwing yourself at a defended node makes you progressively worse at taking the next one.
- Plague Rats drop Skill Crystals, which unlock Valley Skills. Those skills work only inside the valley and reset every session, so there is nothing to save.
- Free relocation is available inside the valley; after use it goes on cooldown, during which you can still relocate by spending Advanced Relocate Items.
- The Sacred Cave is the single most valuable location on the map.
- Crystal Clusters come in levels (Lv.1 upward observed) and unoccupied ones are guarded by a Crystal Guardian matching that level (e.g. Lv.2, Lv.3) — defeat the guardian before you can harvest. Higher-level clusters purify Purified Crystals faster. Total Purified Crystals gathered is what decides the final outcome.
- Instant Crystal is a fast-harvest special cluster appearing in six waves at the 10, 11, 12, 20, 21 and 22 minute marks of the session — the quickest way to bank Purified Crystals if you can be there for the spawn.
Ranking rewards are paid in five brackets — 1st, 2nd–3rd, 4th–10th, 11th–20th and 21st–50th. Finishing unranked pays no ranking reward at all, though gathering rewards still accrue.
Relocation, exact numbers: free once every 360 seconds, then a cooldown during which relocating costs Targeted Relocate items — the cost rises by 1 item per use based on the previous cost, capped at 5 items per relocation.
Why the Sacred Cave specifically: it sits at the map's center and is protected for the first 23 minutes after the valley opens. Once protection lifts, any player in the valley can march on it, but each player may send only one team to contest it. Occupation is ranked, and the top 10 players receive a large Purified Crystal reward added directly to their gathering total at settlement — on top of whatever they gathered normally. This resolves two of the previously open questions below: the reward explains why it's the top location, and the ranking is confirmed individual, not alliance-wide.

Skill Crystals (dropped by Plague Rats) unlock a 5-level tree. Every level offers two mutually exclusive skills — picking one locks out the other for that level, for the rest of the session (skills reset each valley visit, per the point above). Levels 1–4 are passive, applying automatically once learned; Level 5 is active and must be cast manually. Level 5 costs 2,300 Skill Crystals to unlock, the highest of the five.
| Level | Option A | Option B |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Periodically gain 1,080 Purified Crystals | Gain 1,500 extra Purified Crystals when you slay a Plague Rat |
| 2 | Single Hero March Capacity +50 | Not captured — a march/movement-speed icon, exact effect unconfirmed |
| 3 | Not captured — a "win" banner icon, exact effect unconfirmed | Gain 5,000 extra Purified Crystals when you fail to seize a Lode (CD 60s) |
| 4 | Crystal Cluster Gathering Speed +15% | Reduces the duration of debuffs received by 30s |
| 5 (2,300 crystals, active) | Not captured — icon suggests a squad/group effect, exact effect unconfirmed | Increases Hero DMG by 15% for 60s (CD 300s) |
The Level 3 "fail to seize a Lode" bonus and the Level 4 "reduces debuff duration" option both interact directly with the failed-seizure debuff mechanic described above — one banks a consolation reward on failure, the other shortens the resulting penalty. Three of the ten skill options weren't legible enough to transcribe their effect text; flagged rather than guessed.
