These times are kingdom #217’s. Every event below fires on this server at the times shown; another kingdom has its own anchors and its own schedule. What does hold everywhere is the mechanics — how an event scores, what it drops, how to prepare. Check the evidence badge on each section before relying on a time.
Alliance Duel
Runs Monday–Saturday against a matched rival alliance. One themed phase per day; each day's result settles at server midnight (00:00 GMT−2), and whoever wins more of the 6 phases wins the week. No Alliance Duel activity on Sunday.

What it is
Your alliance versus a matched rival alliance, Monday to Saturday, one theme per day. Nothing runs on Sunday. Each day settles at 00:00 server time.
How to score
Do the tasks listed for that day. The exact tasks and their point values are in the day-by-day list above — open the day you are on.
Where the points actually are
The values are wildly uneven, so ordering matters more than effort:
- Send a UR Caravan — 220,000. The single biggest line in the week.
- Execute a UR Covert Operation — 168,750.
- Claim a completed Falcon Quest — 25,500. Confirmed: the point fires on claiming, not on completing — this is why hoarding completed-but-unclaimed quests and claiming them on a Falcon-Quest-scoring day is the correct strategy (see the Falcon Quest Planner tool).
- Consume a UR Hero Shard — 20,500, Raven Essence 5,125, Study Scroll 615.
- By contrast, gathering 100 grain is 10.2 and using a minute of speedup is 122.5. Do the big ones first; the small ones are filler.
Common mistakes
- Spending speedups on the wrong day. Construction speedups score on building days, research on Wednesday, training on Friday — check the theme before you burn anything.
- Forgetting that switching alliance mid-duel forfeits your alliance points for that day.

How the week is scored
| Phase | Theme | Points |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · Mon | Enhance Raven | 1 |
| 2 · Tue | Territory Development | 2 |
| 3 · Wed | Tech Research | 2 |
| 4 · Thu | Hero Growth | 2 |
| 5 · Fri | War Preparation | 2 |
| 6 · Sat | Raid the Enemy | 4 |
| Total available | 13 | |
13 is deliberately odd, so a week can never end in a draw. 7 points wins outright — once your alliance is mathematically there, remaining phases can be skipped and items banked for next week. Saturday alone is worth 4, so a week can still be swung on the last day.
A seasonal "Points Buff" multiplies scoring on top of the base values
| Category | Bonus |
|---|---|
| All points (excluding diamond purchases) | +110% |
| Speedup points | +50% |
| Kill points | +30% |
| Covert Operation points | +25% |
| Caravan points | +20% |
Read from an in-game "Points Buff" popup on Phase 6 (Raid the Enemy), 2 Aug 2026. Not yet confirmed whether this buff is a Phase-6-only bonus or applies kingdom-wide across all six phases for the duel's duration — treat the scope as unconfirmed until seen on another phase.
Entry & settlement
- Matching runs every Sunday; the alliance needs 20 members and a top-32 might rank to be entered.
- Each day settles at 00:00 server time (GMT−2).
- Reward stages 4–9 stay locked until the corresponding Alliance Duel technology is researched — worth doing before chasing high stages.
- Switching alliance mid-duel forfeits alliance points for that day; personal points are still earned.
Phase-by-phase hoarding strategy 32 points
Written for other servers (S1, S13), not #217 — the author's own note says task lists can differ by server, and the sample point values shown (e.g. a Falcon Quest claim at 25,000) are close to but not identical with the 25,500 figure confirmed elsewhere on this page for #217; treat exact numbers here as illustrative rather than authoritative for our server. The strategy logic itself — what to hoard and when to spend it — is the useful part.
Core idea: hoard, then spend on the day it scores. The guide's own framing: this is the best way to maximise rewards with minimal spending. For big points, do the Alliance Duel research line (unlocks at Lab Lv.15). Suggested reward-tier rush order: tier 4–6 rewards, then all-points-up (Arena Expert tech) to Lv.20, then tier 7–9 rewards, then all-points-up to Lv.10, then max everything else. Once your alliance has clinched the week (7+ points, see the scoring table above), save further resources for next week's duel instead of spending into a result that's already decided.
Phase 1 · Enhance Raven (Monday)
- Gather resources before the phase starts, not during it.
- Save Falcon Quests over the weekend and claim them at the start of this phase. (Freya owners: claim 5 quests at once for the chest reward.)
- Hoard Raven Fruit and Raven Essence, then spend it when a Raven Survival Battle round lines up — rally rather than solo where possible.
- Leave squads out gathering resources; the gather itself scores.
- Antitoxin scores on both Survival Battle (Enhance Hero) and the Duel — spend some here, but hold some back for Phase 4.
- If a build queued on Day 1 (or earlier) runs past a day, don't tap the finish-hammer — let it sit queued rather than collecting it, and only claim it going into Day 2.
- Epigraph Chests opened today each grant 1 UR Epigraph Shard on top of the normal contents — open them this day specifically.
Phase 2 · Territory Development (Tuesday)
- Save Falcon Quests again for the next phase.
- Once this phase ends, don't tap the hammer on a finished build — save the tap for Phase 5, and start your next building instead.
- Spend building speedups here, including on recruiting survivors, Sanctuary construction, or Sanctuary prerequisites.
- Upgrading small/low-level buildings scores, but only up to your own personal max — it's better to wait for a Building/Territory Survival Battle round to push past that.
- Use saved Survivor Recruit Tickets.
- Roll the UR Caravan.
- Spend covert orders to roll UR quests, or refresh with diamonds if that's your habit.
Phase 3 · Tech Research (Wednesday)
- Any tech upgrade that takes 1+ days should be started at or just before the Day-2→Day-3 reset, so its points land in this phase rather than the previous one.
- If Alliance Duel research hasn't been started yet, this is the recommended phase to begin it, spending research speedups here.
- Open Raven (Gear) chests today.
- At the start of the phase, prioritise researching techs that consume Study Scroll.
- Spend the Falcon Quests saved from Phase 2.
Phase 4 · Hero Growth (Thursday)
- Save Falcon Quests again; save training speedups for Phase 5 rather than spending them here, though some can go toward Survival Battle points if wanted.
- Focus on hero upgrades: main squad first (stars, then level and skills), then the second squad.
- Spend stored RSS — Universal Shards and any banked EXP boxes.
- Spend saved Skill Badges here specifically, since this is the phase they score in.
- Use up saved Recruit Tickets.
Phase 5 · War Preparation (Friday)
- Best to wait for a Troops Training Survival Battle round to line up with this phase for points.
- Spend the Falcon Quests saved from Phase 4.
- Spend construction and research speedups here, ideally timed to the corresponding Survival Battle rounds rather than immediately.
Phase 6 · Raid the Enemy (Saturday)
The guide's own framing: “This is a war game, not Farmville — there are no rules unless you and the enemy agree to some.”
- Not planning to fight? Shield up so the enemy can't score off you, and spend the day on other tasks instead.
- Defending or garrisoning alliance-mates only scores if you're stronger than the attacker.
- Spend Covert Orders to roll UR quests.
- Dispatch and roll the UR Caravan.
- Attacking the opposing alliance's other bases (not their main target) still scores, just for smaller points.
Entry rules and the six phases 7 points
- Not every alliance qualifies. Only alliances with more than 20 members on Sunday and ranked in the top 32 by Might on the server are matched into a duel.
- The six phases run sequentially Monday to Saturday. Their official names are Raven, Construction, Tech, Hero, Preparation and Raid — the player labels you will see on Discord (“Soldier Day”, “Troops”, “Battle Day”, “Kill Event”) are informal names for Preparation and Raid.
- Phase 6, Raid, scores by attacking the opposing alliance’s territories and defeating soldiers.
- Daily settlement is at 00:00 server time; the alliance with more total points that day wins the day. Each stage carries different winning points, and whoever holds more winning points at the end takes the duel.
- Points unlock reward chests across stages 1–9. Stages 1–3 open by scoring alone; stages 4–9 must first be unlocked by researching specific techs in the Alliance Duel tech tree — an alliance that never researches them simply cannot claim the top six chests.
- There are daily and weekly personal leaderboards in addition to the alliance score, settled at each respective settlement.
- Switching alliances mid-duel costs the alliance, not you. A player who changes alliance during the duel contributes no alliance points that day, but still earns personal points and can still claim personal rewards.
