Kingdom Titles
Nine court titles, each granting a buff. Seven rotate on a five-minute queue that anyone can join; King is won in the Royal City Scramble and Queen is appointed by the King. Winning KvK as the attacker crowns a King of Battle, which mints the two Chief titles and raises every other title's percentages.

How the rotation works
- Terms last five minutes.
- “Time in office” on each panel counts down to the handover, not up from the appointment.
- Each title has an Auto Appointment List capped at 50. Press Apply to join the queue; it then cycles without further input.
- A long remaining time just means nobody is waiting. Titles with an empty queue have been observed sitting on 1:22 and 1:45 while queued titles turned over every five minutes. The clock says nothing about how a title is granted — only whether anyone has applied.
- Sanctuary Lv.16 is required to apply for any Official position. No further might, rank, or alliance requirement is stated beyond that.
- The title screen has a time-zone toggle at the top right. Switching it changes the header clock and the timestamps shown in every Apply queue, so a queue time read off this screen means whichever zone the toggle was set to. Check the toggle before quoting a handover time.
Application rules, in full
- You can only apply for one Official position at a time, and cannot reapply for the same position within 30 minutes of your previous application.
- Each position's application queue holds up to 50 applicants; approved applicants then move to a separate auto-appointment list, also capped at 50.
- The King and Queen can appoint other Officials directly, with a cooldown between appointments.
- When the Royal City Scramble begins, every Official position is cleared and stays empty until the next King is decided.
What the King controls — alliance report, not confirmed
- The King can turn the minister roles off entirely, making them inaccessible to everyone.
- The term length is a King-set option, reported as 5, 10 or 30 minutes — #217 currently runs 5. The five-minute figure matches what this page observes; the other two are the part the source was unsure of.
- The King and the Queen can remove people from the queue for a minister position.
- The King cannot hold a second position while holding King. To take a minister buff the King has to hand the crown to someone else first — which is the likely explanation for the King role changing hands in the mail log without an obvious reason.
Why this matters for build planning
Chief of Affairs and Minister of Construction each grant +60% Building Construction Speed for free, to anyone willing to queue. On a long Sanctuary or building upgrade that is a very large saving, and it is the main reason observed build times in player guides differ so widely from the base figures. Queue for one before starting an expensive upgrade rather than after.
Two cannot be applied for; the other seven can
King of Battle is won — it goes to the leader of the alliance that takes the Royal City Scramble. Queen is appointed directly by the King. Neither has an Apply queue. Every other title, including Minister of Strategy, is open to any player through the Apply queue, each capped at 50 applicants. The King can additionally appoint the Chiefs directly; an in-game banner announcing exactly that was captured on 31 Jul 2026.
Every title is tied to KvK, not just the two Chiefs
Winning KvK as the attacker crowns a King of Battle, and that single fact drives the whole table above. It mints Chief of Affairs and Chief of War, which do not otherwise exist, and it raises the percentages on every other Official position at once — the "Base" figures in the table are what the same nine panels read without it.
Defending earns none of it, win or lose. A successful defence keeps the kingdom intact; it does not crown a King of Battle, so it does not mint the Chiefs and does not raise anybody's percentages. Attacking and losing earns nothing either. Only one outcome moves these numbers.
This matters more than it first looks. Chief of Affairs is the +60% construction and +60% research title, and it is absent outside a won attack; Minister of Construction drops from +60% to +50%; the Inner Court's resource output falls from +165% to +100%. A KvK week is not a small buff to the holders — it moves the build speed of the entire kingdom, for everyone, whether or not they hold a title.
Both sets of figures are screenshot-verified, 25 Aug 2026. The boosted ones were captured on #217 while King of Battle was held; the base ones on a server that had none at the time, because #217 could not show both states at once. They are the game's values, not one server's.
Where the King comes from
The in-game Royal City Scramble rules state it plainly: the leader of the alliance that wins the Scramble becomes the King. That resolves the countdown seen on the Chief panels — “After 17:53, the title King of Battle will disappear” is the clock running down to the next Scramble, not a separate timer. It is the one title with no Apply queue: it is won, not requested. See the Kingdom vs Kingdom section for the Scramble rules themselves.
King and King of Battle are two states of the same seat, and the panel renames itself. The Scramble winner is King: hero HP, ATK and DEF +5% each, and no PvP line. Win KvK as the attacker on top of that and the same panel reads King of Battle: +10% on all three, plus +5% enemy troop death rate in PvP. Everything in the table above moves with that rename — it is the single switch behind the whole "Base" column.
Settled: the “King Bonus” panel applies to the King alone, not to the kingdom while a King is seated. The panel’s layout had left that ambiguous — it names no recipient — and the structural reading was that it behaves like the eight title panels, where the bonus belongs to the holder. That reading was right.
