One thing the original sheet glosses over, and so does this. Task-specific speed-ups only apply to their own task type — a construction speed-up will not finish a research queue. The combined total is therefore a best case. If your task-specific stack is mostly the wrong type for the queues you are trying to clear, judge by the general total alone.
